So how many people do you know that have a putting green in their back yard? Well, I know one...... Me! Click on the thumbnails below to see the full size pictures. My green was installed by Perfect Putt Greens of Jacksonville (I helped). They did a great job and were very accommodating. The green has a base of 15 tons of rock. Then the turf is filled with silica sand on top so that just the tips of the turf are exposed. This gives it a very realistic feel and look. I am a happy camper!
